Volunteer With Scrollers Choice Magazine
Volunteering is not paid but it has its rewards like a free issue for every issue you help us work on. Secondly for those who volunteer to cut projects your name and work will be featured in the issue. Thirdly you would get access to patterns in advance.
The Following Volunteer Positions Are Open
Project Cutter -
You would cut patterns and projects for upcoming issues and you would send photos of the steps to complete the project as well as finished project photos
Proofreader -
You would be looking for grammatical errors, spelling errors incorrect spelling of names, etc... If you find them you would send them to our graphics dept for them to fix the magazine pages.
Graphic Designer -
This position might be good for an internship type position for a graphics student or someone who knows basic GIMP and Open Office Software. You would be helping with magazine layout and cover work. As well as putting together magazine pages with text.
It is important to note that while these positions are currently unpaid / volunteer / internship positions they may become paid later depending on magazines success and growth.
